VTT/MSI Molecular Sciences Institute is committed to ensuring public access to our data, protocols and software. We publish our data in international scientific journals, support and actively participate in the Open Source Biology community and make use of tools such as OpenWetWare to disseminate our work. In addition, we provide access to published and unpublished data, reagents and software.

The open source portal to the YeastPheromoneModel can be found here along with a detailed description of the pathway, discussions, experimental resources, and resources for modeling, theory and computation.
