For sequencing from the 3' end, primers can be derived from sequences in the ADH1 (ADC1) terminator; the portion in pJG4-5 corresponds to sequences downstream of the natural HindIII site in the ADH1 terminator. The following sequence ("3' sequence") is from this terminator region, about 40 bp downstream of the HindIII site.
