Support MSI Research
MSI welcomes donors who wish to support our research and
training missions. The MSI is a unique environment where
biologists, chemists, physicists, engineers, computer scientists
and mathematicians work together towards a common goal of
understanding complex biological systems and predicting their
behavior. Researchers at MSI work without the constraints
of traditional departmental boundaries or commercial pressures.
Our continued success is dependent upon our ability to pursue
sometimes risky and always challenging, important problems
that would be difficult to pursue in an academic or industry
setting. Success is equally dependent on our ability to recruit
the best scientists to do the work. MSI aggressively
recruits and trains researchers from unconventional backgrounds
including those from underrepresented US socioeconomic groups
and underrepresented ethnic minorities. A donation to MSI
will help fund new research programs, attract and retain
world-class scientists, sponsor educational and training
programs and to build and maintain state of the art infrastructure.
MSI is a 501 (c )(3) organization and welcomes donations
of any amount to support our research and training of future
interdisciplinary genomics scientists. All contributions
are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. If
