I am a co-investigator of the Alpha Project. My current research projects include studies of cell polarity establishment and signal transduction of S. cerevisiae, experiments to support computational modeling of the mating pheromone response in S. cerevisiae, use of aptamer libraries to probe complex mammalian phenotypes and to create an array of affinity reagents to study the S. cerevisiae proteome.
